BSOD Randomly while Idle

I've been having this problem for quite a while now (2 Month or so). This issue actually led to the complet corruption of the system when the computer crash while updating. I had to reinstall Windows 7 in his entirety.

At first I though it was a overheating problem with my graphic card (It is still a possibility), but after monitering it, I didn't recorded anything out of the ordinary (I could be wrong).

I tried to change my Power Supply when I notice my graphic card needed 350w and my PS only gave 300w at best. Nothing

I tried to disable the extra sound driver I had or update then, but no cigar.

So now i'm turning toward you. I'm running :

Windows 7 Home Premium (Reinstalled a week ago)
Dell Inspiron 545

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

Some generic advice.

If you are overclocking STOP. return to the default settings at least for now.
If you are running a RAID update its driver.

I tried a couple of thing on the list. But I haven't found the real problem yet.

But I think I may have a clue. I believe a part of my pc is overheating. I'm hesitate between the processor & the 3d Card. But I really can't point out which exactly.

Something I forgot to mention the last time, that is maybe relevant, is that my pc seems to get hung up once in a while for about a second. Plus, the sound coming out of my speaker is constantly filled with static and get hung up to. The level go up and down constantly.

Plus I sometime get a memory dump on startup.

I hope you can help me better pin point the real problem. Its been 3 month and i'm really getting tired of this.
