Hi i am currently having a problem with my computer.
It will hang randomly and the monitor will be totally blank.
However the system is still running
Tried to remote in from other PC but wasnt able to.
Did a ping test to the PC but all the packet seems to be dropped
Sent to the service centre and they inform they had the system running for 3 days without any issue.
But within a week the system shows a black screen and hang again.
Not sure if it is due to software or hardware.
However there was once that it provide a dump msg.
Tried to read the dump msg but not sure of the information.
I have attached the dump msg.
Please help to guide me on this issue
