BSOD randomly while using laptop

Hiya,

Randomly getting a blue screen intermittently while using laptop. Error code is, 0x000000C5 with picture of blue screen attached.
Windows 7 running on a Toshiba PORTEGE Z30-1-1FE

Cant recall any recent changes or installations that may be causing it so it would be very helpful if somebody took a look at the logs attached.
