first of all sorry for the late reply, because golden said something about my drivers showing the error I tried both checking if their was a newer version of them (there wasn't) and a friend suggested for me to downgrade my graphics drivers so i did that and it seemed to have fixed it for the night but the next morning it started BSODing again while I was watching videos on GameSpot.com I attached the original rar file and in their is also the updated information. also i just blue screened while posting this reply.

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVG 2012

AVG is known is to cause BSODs, and has been considered a ineffective AV program, use the AVG official removal program:
Install and perform full scans with:
:info: Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system.

You can also view this thread for a complete free and lightweight security protection combination:
Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite

Daemon Tools uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. It is recommend you remove this program, and use Windows own in-built features or MagicISO.

Reduce the number of programs at startup, to avoid any driver or program conflicts:

I recommend if you are overclocking any hardware, that you reset these values within the BIOS to their default values in order to increase the stability of your system.
