dyasten, you must install Service pack 1 and all the other updates.
Code:
Versie 6.1.7600 Build [COLOR=Red]7600[/COLOR]
Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
Service Pack Center - Microsoft Windows

You have 25 items stored in Startup. Free up the startup.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
SPTD.sys is one of the most common BSOD causer, and playing here, too.
Code:
fffff880`0377e778 fffff880`010a010aUnable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\[URL="http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=sptd.sys"]sptd.sys[/URL], Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for [URL="http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=sptd.sys"]sptd.sys[/URL]
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for [URL="http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=sptd.sys"]sptd.sys[/URL]
 sptd+0x3510a
Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall the program at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

  • Double click to open it.
  • Click this button only:
  • 2012-12-13_224441.jpg
  • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
AVG IDS Application Activity Monitor Driver is also contributing in those crashes.
Code:
fffff880`0377e278 fffff880`0494cc78Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\[URL="http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=avgidsdrivera.sys"]avgidsdrivera.sys[/URL], Win32 error 0n2

Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Uninstall Comodo, too. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

From another crash dump, it says to be a Memory Corruption.
Code:

Not necessarily a RAM fault ... it may be caused by any of the aforesaid elements, but better you test your RAM modules for possible errors.

Possibly it will be the reverse. All the updates will help the OS to work better, and it will also make the system more strong against threats.

Right now there are 112 important and 77 optional updates. Do I have to update all 189?

Get the 112 at first, but dont try to get all of them at once, download then in a batch of a few updates.

After completing all the important updates, opt for the optional ones, but the name suggests that they are not the must to have at the first chance.

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

EDIT:
Think I hava a dump file of it.

OK. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump, collect the dumps manually and upload those.

And upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

When you will run memtest, there will be a column for pass count, the third one from the right side. Seeing that column, you will be able to understand how many passes it is running. As it takes a reasonably long time, better yo start it before going to bed, and see the screen in the morning. Take a camera snap of the screen and upload it here.
