BSOD Recurring Problem, no real pattern to it.

Had this problem on windows 10, so installed windows 7 and STILL getting this error, it's driving me insane and i just want to find out what is causing it :/ I have ran memtest and it came back with no errors.

BlueScreenView gives me this error:
