I frequently have crashes overnight (my PC is asleep) and am sure it is some driver issue but lack the knowledge to track the issue.

I did share the minidump with microsoft, but have had no reply.

I have attached the SF file and really hope someone could have a look at it for me.

Oddly I just had a call from Ask Remote Experts (i guess from india saying I was connected to their servers and they could see I had an error. After some probing they put the phone down (think they were going to sell something as they were talking about a virus attack!)

It does worry me how they got my number in the first place though!

Many thanks for taking a look at this!

some details:
I have uploaded my system details to the site using the systeminfo utility.

Hi Dave / All,

I have updated all the drivers as suggested as well as doing the itunes update.

I have given it a 5 days but I am still getting the crashes. It would really be fantastic if you could have another look at the new SF file i have attached.

Many thanks

Jaap

Hi Jaap,

Same driver causing the problem: usbaapl64.sys

Please follow the troubleshooting guide found near the bottom and see
if that helps resolve your issue:

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

If not successful, please re-install latest iTunes as suggested in the guide

Let me know how you get on.

cheers

Dave
