BSOD Running BlueStacks and Nox 0x3b

Hi. I am trying to run an android emulator, I have tried BlueStacks and Nox, but they both gave me a BSOD 0x0000003b when running for the first time. After I restart my computer and try running them again, they give me errors related to the program (For Nox it was a 'system error').

I tried using the DM Log Collector, but it removed the folder it created after running. I copied the folder before closing the program, but I don't know if it is all there.

Run the DM Log Collector again and wait for the prompt to close.
The folder is a temporary location to gather the logs, everything is zipped.

I did. First it says:

this process will take a few minutes.


Press any key to continue . . .

Then after I press a button it almost immediately says:

The file collector has finished.

All files have now been collected and are in a zipped folder on your desktop
ready for you to upload to the forum.


Press any key to continue . . .

But no zip file is created.

Some text flashes past between the two messages, but way too fast to read.

I tried using the SF_Diagnostic_Tool and created a Zip file.

Please try following:

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it is finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Make a screenshot of the result and post it.

Run this command in an admin command prompt, it'll create some files on the desktop. Select the files, copy them to a zip file and upload the zip.

I ran the command you linked, and it still has a problem finding dxdiag.txt. It also didn't find (or create?) Startup.txt
I added everything it created to a zip file.

Your report states that you are using a Non Genuine copy of software

Please remove all pirated programs.
That includes AUTOKMS - a well known activation exploit.
