Hello,
We've been running Windows 7 professional x64 and have been getting BSOD errors at various frequencies. However, I have noticed a few patterns:
- It seems to occur when we run the bioinformatic Geneious software, we've tried reinstalling it but that was not successful. Since this is the most computationally taxing task we perform, it may not be exclusive to this program.
-Once in awhile we'll get a "Catalyst control center has stopped working" window popping up. This sometimes means that a BSOD is going to happen soon.
-Updating Windows has been a challenge. I've had to manually download a few packages and some flat-out do not work.
I am inexperienced in solving these types of problems so let me know if you need any additional information. I'll attach the output from the posting instructions diagnostic tool.
Thank you!
Bill
