Solved BSOD running multiple video softwares, error 1000007e

Dear All, i had been reading through all the posting and found none of the BSOD are similar to mine. Hereby is my case. As this is my first custom build, therefore i am still new in handling those crashes. After 6 months of non error, frequent BSOD happened since last week. I did a fresh reformat of the PC, at first it was all good, but the BSOD happens when i open youtube and vlc player at the same time. i have attached the code as per the instruction.
