About a month ago I made the mistake of allowing windows 7 to update, which I do maybe once a year, which had the same consequences it always does, it ****s my graphics drivers. Normally I just pop my VGI cable into my integrated graphics card, uninstall my graphics drivers and reinstall them straight from AMD's website. This time that has not worked and now around 4 am every day my computer crashes. I actually slept through an exam because my computer also functions as my alarm clock.
my specs are on my profile and my log is right here

Hey chalkbrood, Welcome to Sevenforums.

Lets start by updating your BIOS. There have been several updates since the version you have.

New version = 3603 Yours is 3201

Motherboards - P8Z68-V/GEN3 - ASUS

After this, its going to take a while for me to go over all of your programs that you have on your PC... Its A LOT. My biggest recommendation would be to start over and perform a clean install. If thats not an option...

You have Daemon Tools/Alcohol 52% which can cause BSODs and sometimes carry malware/spyware. Second, I haven't looked at all your programs like I said but just by skimming through a bunch of red flags go up. In startup you have some odd Google Chrome startups and upd.exe which is sometimes associated with a Trojan. It doesn't help that you're running McAfee security because it's garbage.

At a minimum for now..

Download Revouninstaller (Always use Advanced Option > Select All entries found on each screen and delete them)
Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Please remove McAfee, Alcohol 52%/Daemon Tools, and any other programs you've installed that you don't need. There is something showing up in your programs with a bunch of weird characters. If it is present when you scan with Revo, remove it.

Download and install, then scan with Microsoft Security Essentials.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Download and run Malwarebytes (Click Custom Scan, Check option for Rootkits, Check option to scan C:, Remove any/all PUPS found)

Download and run SuperantiSpyware (Check "High Boost" option, Remove any and all unwanted programs when prompted)
SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloading File

Download and run Adwcleaner
AdwCleaner Download

All of these scans will create a log file, please attach those files to your next post

Again, with so much stuff my recommendation is to backup and personal data and start over. It is just a recommendation though. I just think bringing it to a stable state may be difficult but we will try.
