I'm running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I have been experiencing BSODs when I save a PDF that I downloaded, save a document as a PDF, or print to a PDF. This began after I installed Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 (no hardware changes at all). Until that time I had never had a blue screen under Win 7. Attached are my crash dumps and the other stuff the instructions said to include. All but one of those dumps came from a BSOD while saving a PDF. One (I can't remember which) happened while I wasn't interacting with the machine, but I had recently saved a PDF. Based on a dump analysis on one of the dumps, I changed my TdrDdiDelay (HKLM/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/GraphicsDrivers) to 32, which worked for a few days. However, my latest crash is a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b) with an indication that it was caused by an access violation (c0000005).
OS and machine are from fall of 2009. The OS hasn't been re-installed that I can remember. I believe it's an OEM OS.
Thanks in advance for any ideas!
