BSOD since install

hey guys and gals, i'm new to this forum. i recently did a new pc build with win 7 ultimate 64 bit OEM CD. I did all the updates. using MS live essentials as the AV and I continuously get BSOD randomly. its getting a lil annoying. n e help would be much appreciated.

system specs are Intel MB and I7 - 960 3.47ghz processor
Corsiar Dominator Ram currently running 16gig's at 1333mhz
Asus Nvidia Gforce 1gb graphics card.
Crusial 60GB SSD (OS installed)
2TB WD sata

most of these Related to magni Windows Driver from Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. I would re-install it

Thanks I just uninstalled it. I'll keep u posted if it still persists. had major issues with the install, I had installed it once (os), reinstalled because of the BSOD, and reinstall was a pain. talk about picky about how it wants to be installed. thanks again. now need to go to another forum and try to get my full 24gb ram working.
