BSOD software problem

Hello everyone,

I was using Windows 7 when I got this PC and never had any problems after upgrading to Windows 10 I started getting BSODs I did two clean installs of Windows 10 and could never get it fixed so I decided to go back to Windows 7. The BSODs are far more infrequent now on Windows 7, I did take my pc into a repair place and I asked them to test all to see if it was a hardware fault and they could not find anything wrong. I have updated my drivers as much as I know how to, there are no devices missing or unknown. Window 7 is also fully updated and cannot find any more updates.

I am determined to get this fixed if anyone could start pointing me in the right direction that would be great.

Here is the crash dump file all of the crashes on Windows 10 came from the GPU driver so I am going to flip if it's the same now.

Unfortunately the information contained in the .dmp file is inconclusive and we will need to dig a bit deeper.

Please do the following:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:

Intel Driver Update utility keeps failing to install
"Intel Chipset Device Software (INF update Utility-EXE Only)"

I can't work out what this is could this be the root of the problem.

Also have notice Windows desktop manager is crashing now and again.

I have found a pretty reliable way of getting BSODs, if I watch a film on one half of the screen and play a game on the other half I get a BSOD about every hour. I have lots more crash dumps if you want them.
