Before i had SSD 850 pro, everything was smooth, and now, i receive random bsod.
BSOD appears when i do nothing, no programs run, huge load of pc, dosent cause it.

It randomly appears, when im browsing internet, while im doing nothing with pc, when i'm playing, it's not graphic card, i think it's not cpu, because tests of gpu and cpu PASS.

I ran memtest over night, no errors, so RAM should be fine.

Waiting for response, i read rules for posting, i think i'm doing it OK. Please help.

P.S. i have Samsung Magician 4.5, BSOD still appears.
P.S. P.S. after BSOD if i start pc, it not always boots first time, FANS start screaming, but nothing happens, after waiting few minutes, everything run fine.

P.S.P.S.P.S. I suspect Ixtreme m5850 BIOS, that it's old, BUT there is no chance for updating them, because as i understand it, PackardBell won't renew their BIOS for this system, since 2011.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

In that case a camera snap of the BSOD screen will give us some information at least. We need to have some minimum info about teh BSOD for commenting on it.

BSOD appears totaly random, it dosent matter if im doing something with pc, or just standing away, everything started after i installed SSD 850 pro, i used pc for a week, without BSOD and i played games, listened music, watched movies, today PC expierenced 5~ bsods.

I opened case watched all capacitors, noticed sata 3 connector was pluged by sata 2 hdd, i switched it to sata 2 connector, but i think that wasnt the case here...

XXD if I may make a suggestion it might sound too simple but try this as I would like to see what the PSU is doing as the voltage tolerances are quite fine (within +/- 5% of rail voltage) Voltage Rails - Power Supply 101: A Reference Of Specifications

Using HW Info
A: You can test the volts on the PSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the right bit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic.
The original right hand window shows the machine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use the main left hand side panel
FOR OTHER COMPONENTS
B: Open each small square with + in it on the section the components are in and then click on the individual component/s (it will highlight in blue) - in the right hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds and other essential info that particular device. See pic for example.
Just use A: if you want you can always search out details for other stuff with B:

Here is what i get, you are specialist here, tell me if it's good please.

p.s. core voltage radiates from 0.975~ to 1.276V~

is it normal that CPU spikes rly high, i mean Mhz? from 1.5 to 3.5 every sec?

No mate I am no expert just your average tinkerer here to help out if I can but your PSU looks like it is due for replacement the volts on the rails are well out of whack.

The voltage rails need to be within those I post that lnk for. On your readout 12v is actually 11v the 3.3 rails is 2.88 and your 5v is so out of whack it is almost indiscernible. So looks like you are up for a new one.
Now before your jaw drops off the HW Info can be wrong but that is most unusual and you can test the 24 pin connections with a digital multimeter to makes sure - they are very cheap and reliable these days.
Just make sure you use the black lead to the ground (black) the red lead to the other colours for the readout for the live rails see this for a guide Power supply unit (computer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

See pic for the meter

Now the shot of the volts in the pic you sent are out of whack by some considerable margin what I don't get is it doesn't mention the section name there ie mine has Nuvoton so yours should have something like that.
Ah I think I see the readout of the volts was not HW Info as per part A: of my instructional? if not please run the HW Info and post back a shot of the results. I need to see what the volts come up in that program please.

I personally would replace a power supply that didn't have at least 12V in the bios.
Considering the bios voltages are at idle.
