Dear experts,

When Starting up my computer today my back fan on my case was making a weird noise and I could see it turning slowly. This bluscreen has happened twice before, both of the previous times it was plugged right into the power supply. After the second time however I plugged it into the motherboard. Since I plugged the fan into the motherboard I tried to run Speedfan to see if I could boost the rpm of the fan. That is when the bsod happened.

I have attached the file requested below.
Sincerely,
Jakethesnak

Hello,

No BSOD this time but my fan is having the same problem. I was able to run Speedfan this time and that fan is running at 36 RPM. I believe my PSU is too low for my system because I have a 600W bronze certified Corsair CX600.

Sincerely,
jakethesnak

Hello and welcome Jake mate one way to find if if the PSU is up to your system is to use this calculator just enter al components in and it will give you two figures a minimum and one that gives you some leeway (recommended).
The PSU you have there is a very good one and to push it to it's limits you would need to be cranking something up.
eXtreme Power Supply Calculator

The fan issue mate might just be simply the fan is going south - try another one in the same plug in spot.

Hello,

Thank you for settling my mind about the PSU. Its still under even with peak load. Maybe the fan is going south so next time I will order a fan soon. What about the BSODs? I just thought it was weird everytime a BSOD would happen the fan would be spinning at 36 RPM.

Sincerely,
jakethesnak

Ok Jake mate I am not that good at thosedump files yet but I think one of the problems is with a driver for the - and Iam assuming the chipset for that board, and again one that controls hardwareand probably the hard drives.
These are the drivers for the board and the chipset one is one I would be updating if it were me

GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 2011 - GA-X79-UP4 (rev. 1.0)

by the way well done on what you have done yourself already and it is refreshing to see someone who has got their system specs included - so many don't and it gets very tedious asking for the same:)
