BSOD starting to occur more often

Hi guys,

I've been experiencing a number of BSOD's in the past 2 days. Up until then my computer has been working nice and dandy. You'll find attached my log, etc all zipped up.

My hardware specs:
Retail windows 7 Professional x64
i5-760
Asus P7P55D deluxe mobo
8GB G.Skill ECO DDR3
Gigabyte 1GB HD 6850
60GB OCZ Vertex SSD
320GB WD
2 x 1.5TB WD
All the parts are 2 years old and under except for the 320GB hd

hmm no answer yet? I'm still getting a pretty good amount of BSOD's. I caught the Stop number on the BSOD which is 0x0000004E.

Could use some help here

Your dumps files point to a software, Trusteer Rapport, this software has numerous compatibility issues with Windows 7. It should be removed or updated.

Remove any Asus Utilities such as Asus PC Probe, Asus Smart Doctor or Asus Update.

Ok i will give that a try. Thanks for the fast reply yowanvista. Greatly appreciated. Hope this works with uninstalling those software that you mentioned.
