Since April this year when booting up my computer I always get a BSOD with oxoooooooooo7e and eventually when I get to the windows repair screen it tells me a change in the computers configuration may have caused this problem but my custom built computers system restore doesn't go back to April.

No dump files are present in the folder, you can manually check the minidump folder.
Code:
C:\Windows\minidump
If dump files are present in that folder copy them to the Desktop, zip and upload in your next post.

Asus doesn't officially offer Windows 7 drivers, but they do have a BIOS update which you can try
but with out the bug checks it's hard to say what the problem is.
   Warning
Flashing the BIOS is a risky procedure. If you are uncomfortable
performing it yourself have a technician perform it for you.
Regardless, flashing is at your own risk.

I just thought id mention that when windows tries to repair my BSOD problem it mentions a patch is preventing the system from starting and I don't have the confidence to update the BIOS
