BSOD Stop 0x000000D1 - anodlwfx.sys occurs more and more frequently

Greetings!


My wife has a Toshiba Satellite A505-S6980 running Win7 home, 64 bit with Malwarebytes as the AV.


Running several different AV "rescue disk" utilities does not disclose anything interesting.


She runs as a "standard user" requiring my assistance for anything requiring admin rights.


She primarily uses the computer to watch online Russian language videos from etvnet.com, Skype, browser searches on Yandex, and e-mail using Thunderbird. Her main browser is Firefox. I also use Chrome when I need something on a Russian web-site translated to English.


We also use Golden Frog's VyprVPN utility for access back to the U.S. for region specific access, like our Charter/Spectrum e-mail accounts and ETV's programming.


I am attaching the requested zip file.


Can you help with answers to two questions:


1. What is going on here and what can I do to fix it short of a total wipe-and-rebuild?
2. Given the data within the zip file, how can I use this data to help myself in the future?

Do you using D-Link wireless g card? If yes, update driver (check in Snappy Driver Download)
And update VyprVPN program (check updates in program)

1. There is no D-link wireless card in my wife's Toshiba laptop.


2. The VyprVPN client is fully up to date.


3. Have you had an opportunity to look at the zip file I attached to the first posting? What anomalies did you see there?

P.S.
Microsoft's answer to this issue is to describe a hotfix for this issue and include a "Download Hotfix" link. True to form, the "download" link for the "hotfix" leads to a page that says "Upgrade to Windows 10!!!"

According to the memory dump, the driver named in the title is an issue (anodlwfx.sys). The problem is ... it's not very clear what it's used for. According to the table with drivers it is a driver from "Alpha networks security" (some antivirus program, but I assume you do not have one). Do it this way:
Please go to start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press enter> save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

It might be interesting to search for it in the Registry and/or delete it and see what happens.

Honestly? I would not advise you to try it. Alternatively, you can enter C: \ Windows \ System32 \ Drivers and replace the anodlwfx file extension with sys to bak. Why so? Because this driver can be used by either a program or a device, and such a change can destabilize the system specifically. It is best to provide logs from msinfo32

Of course.

I forgot to mention that my definition of "delete" in this context is "rename", (for a file), or "export before delete", (for a Registry entry). This is a lesson I learned a long time ago - by balling up a system beyond all recognition!

This article mentions that it might be used by that system's Atheros wireless card.

Just recently I saw the error occur while closing my wife's VPN tunnel while Skype was connected. Skype showed "connecting" for a couple of minutes and then the system blue-screened on me.

Which leads to another question:
What programs/processes should be active when I generate the report?

Run msconfig, select "Boot" page, select option "Advanced options", and check option "Debug". Accept changes and reboot computer. The next run Driver Verifier, select "Create custom settings (for code developers)", check "Special Pool", select "Select driver names from a list", and check all drivers except Microsoft drivers. Accept changes and reboot computer. When a failure occurs, please send me a full memory dump
