Solved BSOD Stop f4 after sleep w/ anti virus installed

I have a BSOD stop F4 after each time I wake my computer from sleep while an AV is installed. I have used Avast! and AVG with the same results. I did not receive the error during some limited tests without an AV installed. I have ran 16 hours of Memtest and have used several HDD health tests that show my hdd and memory are healthy.

I built this system from parts purchased from NewEgg about a month ago, this is the original OS install.

Windows 7 Home Premium, x64 OEM
OCZ Solid 3 SSD
8gigs Gskill Sniper DDR3
Gigabyte GA-E350N-USB3 motherboard w/ built on AMD E-350 APU

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I would like to allow my computer to sleep during the periods that we are open for business but the computer is not in use.
