Hi Elis25,

The install is actually non-genuine.

You are using a COA sticker key, on a computer that was not sold with W7.
As i said earlier W8, if it came with downgrade rights you would have a set of installation discs.
Although currently showing as genuine i suspect it will turn non-genuine, about 28th October

As this forum does not support piracy no furhter help can be provided.
