Hi
Thank you for the reply. I have uninstalled MSI afterburner. I don't have rivatuner.
I also have installed the latest lachesis driver. I don't know which driver to install for xbox usb/controller because I don't have an xbox usb/controller.
I ran memtest and I got a pass.
I will continue with everyday use and if I get a bsod I'll post here again.
Hopefully your solution solves the problem.

EDIT Still bsoding
should i make another attachment?

i've noticed a trend that i get a bsod usually when i'm watching a stream or online video. it's not consistent though; i can't really notice a pattern, but maybe when a certain commercial plays, i get a bsod.

Memtest Let it run until at least 7 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.

Also upload the new minidumps.

I used occt 3.1. According to the occt thread page, it said to monitor temperature and to stop the test if it goes above 80 degrees celcius. At about 5 minutes in, it hit 81 and so I stopped it. The test settings were max resolution for windowed mode and default shader complexity. The GPU Memtest passed 7 straight times with no errors.

Run Memtest for at least 7 passes.
A memory problem is the most probable cause.

I am unsure if anyone has mentioned this but better safe than sorry.

Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads DuplexSecure - FAQ

when you're done you can use this Freeware:

MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM (MagicDisc) in its place
Using MagicISO to create ISO image files

For the daemon tools got to C:\Program Files (x86)\DAEMON Tools Lite, there find and use the uninst.

For the sptd, just download the SPTD run the program and click uninstall.
