I've been having constant System_Service_Exception blue screens whenever I tab out of CS:GO or sometimes randomly when using the computer normally. Here is the SF file.

Welcome to the forum JackalGYT,

Complete the steps below.

Perform a Clean boot:
Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:
Remove AVG: Start Menu\Programs\AVG Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVG Public
Replace with MSE: Microsoft Security Essentials is recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antivirus or internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-
   Warning
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-
