Im having a TDR issue specifically in the game iracing. The game will crash to a black screen within an hour. Outside of iracing the machine will prime95, memtest and 3dmark loop for 12hrs +. I have replaced PSU, Ram, Dual booted windows off either the SSD or HDD with the same issue. Formatted over 15 times, tried every single nvidia driver from 306 to 327, most off a fresh windows install.

I run the game in 3 monitor surround and the issue only seems to happen if SLI is enabled, testing each card singularly has no issues. Bios is most recent. Nothing overclocked. Temperatures are 63degreesC max on CPU, 76DegreesC max GPU.

It is something more than a TDR.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Edit: Its bad that there is no onboard graphics for P67 Extreme4. If you can arrange another GPU (from friends or family, just to test), you should test the situation with that one plugged it.

Psu is a silverstone 1300W Gold, also tried with a antec 900w HCG

Here is a screenshot of speccy after alt-tabing out of iracing. Before that the pc had been on for 5+ prior. Room temperature 25degrees. Included is the furmark results run in SLI surround.

So you are aware, iracing is a DX10 game, not exactly the most graphically demanding out there

Also, testing the cards seperatly there are no crashes on either, its only in SLI that they crash

It appears that the GPU is heating.

Do a dismantle. Clean the inside of the computer. Clean the fan grills, the air vents. Also clean the GPU fans, too (carefully, not breaking anything).

No need to touch the CPU and the heat-sneak.

See if it can change anything there or not.
