BSOD too many times!!

my computer has crashed too many times, i rolled it back to the factory setting several days ago but it still crashes...
Im too tired of this, pls help me!
PS : i ran the BIOS diagnotics ( or sth ) and i got this, does this cause all of my BSOD ?? do i have to change my hard drive ?

If the hard drive short test does not pass, it is enough reason for all sort of system instabilities including BSODs.

If it is within warranty, then RMA it.

Otherwise replace it.

Report us for any further BSOD after doing it.
