BSOD Tribes Ascend, BF3, Random BSOD BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER Acer Laptop

Is Windows 7 Professional 64bit

Fresh install but it is getting on
Full retail version?

Acer Aspire timeline X 5280tg Approx 18 months old.
OS age approx 12 months.

I get the BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER bsod and I had a previous blue screen error before this one is in dump files.

Tried memory tester and came up ok.

Help would be much appreciated.
