I am running
Windows 7 Ulimited X64
Upgrade from XP

I have had the computer for about five years now. I upgraded to windows 7 about 10 months ago. The computer worked fine. Then recently I start having BSOD, The two problems I kept seeing was ntkrnlpa.exe and nvlddmkm.sys. So today I install a fresh copy of Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I updated my video driver and that seem to fix it for about 8 hours. Now I am having a problem with ntkrnlmp.exe. Not sure what else to do. I am attaching the dump file and a health report.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Mgorman87;

I am running the first test and it seems to be going fine for now no errors. But I had a question. since most of the crashes had to do with the video files according to the my mini dump files. majority were the nvlddmkm.sys file. Which is part of nvidia video. I currently have the computer in question hook up to two monitors. one is a regular 19 inch computer monitor and the other is a 42 inch flat screen TV. I am using a VGA spliter. Could that be the problem????

Yes it could be. I would just use the 19" monitor by its self and see if the crashes continue.

Hey, so its the third day and no BSOD as of yet. I ran the first two test and they both pass everything. Now I am running the third test. Both the long and short test fail what does the mean and how do i fix it? the S.M.A.R.T test pass.

If the hard drive tests fail then that usually is a sign that your hard drive is failing. I would back up your stuff and RMA your drive if possible.

Don't need the receipt. Just go to the website of your hard drive manufacturer and there should be something there that allows you to check the warrant status of your drive.
