I received the BSOD twice today. I was just surfing the internet, nothing else. I have up to date virus and spyware and do regular scans. Not sure what the problem is. This is from the event log:

The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa800a6bc050, 0xfffff8000472f4d8, 0xfffffa8009a53e10

I uploaded the files per the instructions. If I need to add anything else please let me know. Thank you.

I think I found something. Go to msconfig,Startup and and post everything that has a check mark. Then while you are in msconfig go to Services and in the lower left corner put a check in Hide All Microsoft Services and post everything that has check marks. Bonjour

I hope this isn't a stupid question but I do not know how to copy what is in msconfig and post it here. Is there an easy way? Thank you.

Their are no stupid questions except the ones not asked. I know of no way to copy/paste out of msconfig. My poor choice of words. You can use the Snipping Tool built into Windows 7.
Let me make it easier; when you are in Services (non Microsoft Services) uncheck everything except security programs. When you are in Start Up uncheck everything except mouse, keyboard, security. Shut down the computer. Now unplug all the little toys from your computer. I-phone, I-pad, card readers, external drives ect. Start you computer. Now you can use Ccleaner/Tools/Uninstall and in the lower right corner is save to text. Save it to Desktop and their should be a icon. Don't uninstall anything yet. I'm looking for things is the reason.

I don't see any minidumps in that zip file. Can you follow the BSOD instructions again and post a new zip file in your next post?

Both of the minidumps point to o2sdgx64.sys as the cause. That is your memory card reader by O2Micro. I would check Toshiba for an updated driver for your memory card reader.
