BSOD Unknown cause (Kernel Power)

Windows 7 x64, OEM Version.
System is about 5-6 weeks old.

These are the cause of the problems

1. smtxhci.sys XHCI Host Controller Driver from ASMedia Technology Inc
Reintall to the newest.

2. Now surprise, surprise!
You appear to be running both AVG & Symantec.
Never a good idea!
More is NOT best.
Use only 1 at a time.

> AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST
