BSoD unknown cause.

- x64
- the original installed OS on the system? No
- an OEM or full retail version? FR
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? about 4 years xps m1730
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) about 1 or 2 years, since i upgraded it .

I get a BSoD usually when I watch YouTube or any other streaming videos. I thought it might have to do with my flash player, so i updated it.

I would rather let you guys take a look at the dump files for me, and give me your thoughts. thank you.

These dumps seem to be old - way back before New Year 2011 (29-12-10).

STOP 0x00000116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR Usual causes: Video driver, overheating, bad video card, bad RAM, incorrect RAM timings/voltages, outdated driver

Uninstall the Nvidia driver then use driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia files

Then reinstall the Nvidia drivers
