BSoD unknown cause.

- x64
- the original installed OS on the system? No
- an OEM or full retail version? FR
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? about 4 years xps m1730
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) about 1 or 2 years, since i upgraded it .

I get a BSoD usually when I watch YouTube or any other streaming videos. I thought it might have to do with my flash player, so i updated it.

I would rather let you guys take a look at the dump files for me, and give me your thoughts. thank you.

Uninstall the Nvidia driver then use driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia files

Then reinstall the Nvidia drivers

Or try another graphics card (or use onboard graphics)
