BSOD - unknown, fixing a friends PC - please help debugging?

Hello, a friend of mine has a windows 7 pro refurbished pc, I'm not sure what is wrong with it, and don't know how to read dump files. She just gave me the PC and said it gets a random BSOD. It seems to be running fine at the moment. Please help?

I have attached the latest dump file that was on this PC.

Also digging into the information from the dmp file you posted, one possible cause might be rootkits/malware/viruses that caused this error. So please run this:
https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

And please update the system specs of the laptop in question:
