BSOD unmountable_boot_volume

Hey guys.
My computer lately had been crashing right after the loading screen.
Sometimes my computer would start, and sometimes it wouldn't.
But now, it's not starting up at all!
And start up repair rarely loads and doesn't fix anything.
I get an error like this with start up repair:

Besides the 'repair my computer' loading rarely. Safe mode, And command prompt and everything else doesnt load.
I also managed to restore my computer to how It was when I first bought it, with dell datasafe that came up as an option after start up repair failed.

And that hasn't fixed it either :/
I hope my laptop isn't fried.

It's a dell Inspiron M5030
Amd Athlon II p360 dual-core processor
CPU speed: 2300mhz


Also safe mode stays stuck on windows\system32\ Drivers\atipcie.sys

I can't get my computers info because it doesn't boot

Follow the instructions on http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219533-troubleshooting-windows-7-failure-boot.html if it's not booting into safe mode, check that the HDD is configured properly in BIOS.

I can't boot any form of safe mode.
And I don't have anything to burn a disk.
I'll try with a flash drive..
also, how do I check that the HDD is configured properly in BIOS?

Okay so I got Windows Defender Offline into a flashdrive, but my computer wont boot it.
And I've set CD/DVD to first priority :/

so Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot didn't work either

Alright, thanks for taking the time for helping me.
Also, before my computer got like this, it had been acting odd.
Like the music would freeze, or a Movie playing on windows media player and there would be a horrid sound until i turned it off. That only happened twice.
The only thing I had updated was AVG free edition before it began to act up. I didn't download, install or update anything else.
I usually don't do any driver updates or automatic updates because I've bad experiences with them with previous computers.

Also my computer has always been SLOW at start up, it always took it's time. but besides that it worked flawlessly.
Another thing, my laptop has only been dropped ONCE. A very long time ago. It's only about.. 2 years old

You'll need to boot the necessary disks to complete the steps, or take it to a shop and spend hundreds of dollars. Which is cheapest?

Dell has onboard hardware diagnostics you can run by tapping F12 at boot so I'd try that first to get a read on the hardware.

To boot WDO on flash stick, set HD first to boot in BIOS setup, then tap the F12 key at boot to access the stick on the boot menu under USB, Removable or HD's.

For the other steps in the tutorial, you can test your HD and RAM, boot Partition Wizard, wipe the HD if necessary to reinstall, and have many other tools on Hiren's BootCD From USB Flash Drive (Pen Drive) » www.hiren.info. Download here: Hiren’s BootCD 15.1

It also shows in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start how to burn the Win7 installer to flash stick so you can do repair or if necessary rescue your files and reinstall from it, or try Dell Windows 7 PC Restore.

So study the steps closely and ask back any questions needed, report results as you go as there may be added steps.

Well, my moms friend is a technician. I'll have to wait for him to come around to fix it for me. Only free source I've, and I'm no expert to try on my own. I'll stick with my old PC in the mean time.
