hi, I built two Asus p5p800-vm, i managed to get one of the mobos to run win 7 however I'm getting this error on the other that says irql not equal bsod, I've updated the bios to the latest so it's not a problem. But before that bsod i got a different bsod which said system service exception, I checked it and a website recommended that I remove the graphics which I did, once that was done I got the other bsod when I tried reattempting to instal win 7, I have identical ram of pc2700 in the blue slots like I did in the other one and they are both 1gb making 2gb total. The processor is the fastest making 3.6 dual core by Intel which is Pentium d 960. So after removing all that I still have this problem, one thing I did notice is that one mobo was different from the other but only slightly. When I installed the first mobo there was different bios message when I updated it than the second, but on the second which I am having problems with had some sort of wierd Intel rainbow color and a distribution notice on the bios update that the first one didn't have so do I have a different version of the p5p800-vm? I'm confused

But that's the problem I can't download software because win 7 can't install because it keeps bsod on the install

It would be helpful, if you filled out your System Specifications, even if they are quite basic, but please make them as detailed as possible.

Click My System Specs near the bottom of any of your posts, and then click Update Your System Spec.
