Hi Everybody,

New to these forums and didn't really know where to ask this question. I just moved from Windows 8.1 to Windows 7 and since installing the OS, my PC crashes to a blue screen when I open certain applications.

So far it has happened upon opening Europa Universalis 4, Tweetdeck and Microsoft Word 365.

There does not seem to be a consistent program causing it and I have not tried opening other programs yet as it is annoying to have to restart my entire computer. Any help would be appreciated.

I have uploaded the files to my dropbox so that you can see the minidump info, if anything else is required please let me know.

Hi Blakemk.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.

As the first attempt, roll back the driver to the earlier version installed and worked without issue.
