BSOD upon windows loading, error 0x0000009f

I have recently had cyber power PC build this laptop for me. Upon arrival i will get random BSOD after the OS loads. What will happen is the fan will get loud and in about 10 minutes it will BSOD. Also if i was to try and restart the computer or shut the computer off while the fan is loud like that it will also BSOD. I have not done much with this computer. This has been happening ever since i opened the box. I thought I had fixed the problem with a windows update for the sleep mode BSOD but this appears to be still happening. I have attached the dump according to the instructions.

Roll back your Nvidia drivers as the latest versions appear to be unstable for most users.
Roll back using the device manager.
You need to expand your display adapters then right click your GPU, then under the drivers tab select roll back driver.

Stress test your graphics card with Furmark

I recommend running it for around 30 minutes

   Warning

Furmark will increase the temperature of your GPU rapidly so keep and eye on your temperatures

Run a Disk Check to scan for errors

   Note

Afterwards go into an Elevated Command Prompt (Run as administrator) and type in sfc /scannow
If it finds errors reboot and run the scan two more times

Run SeaTools to see if your HDD or SSD is failing

Post back the results.

Results

When i went to roll back my driver it does not give me the option too. The roll back button is grayed out. With that being said the driver is still in beta testing for the 860m so i don't know if that is causing any of the issues.

Stress test your graphics card with Furmark
I recommend running it for around 30 minutes - Passed with no problems
Never went above 93 degrees Celsius and i ran it for 30 minutes

Run a Disk Check to scan for errors - Passed

Run SeaTools to see if your HDD or SSD is failing - Passed

anyone else have any ideas? Its still been happening randomly. Just updated my video card to the newest driver that was released at the end of may as well.

Intel Rapid Storage Technology can cause such issues, with that said I suggest you uninstall it.

Uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
2. It will open the "computer management" window.
3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
4. Expand "Disc Drives" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
5. Select one item under it, right click, uninstall.
6. Continue the process for all items under "Disc Drives"
7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate system driver, msahci.sys.
