BSOD usb related

Hi,

I get a bsod every time i reconnect my usb keyboard and mouse usually it will freeze for a few seconds then bsod moments after reconnecting the usb keyboard + mouse.Once it reboots its fine, the following error logs are from the last three times this has occurred:

please do the following:

Enable driver verifier and allow it to crash your computer then upload the new files:

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Tip: If you cant boot windows normally after enabling driver verifier boot in to safe mode and then disable driver verifier.

Next please run Memtest86+ and let it run for at least 8 passes:

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Hi again enabled driver verifier booted to desktop and within seconds its crashed to a unresponsive black screen.Went into safe mode disabled and attached updated crash logs.

Ran memtest86+ for a few hours no errors.

It looks like it didn't generate a new dump file please inure that your computer is configured to generate minidumps but following this tutorial to step six:

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Then once you are sure it is configured properly please run verifier again. Also please follow the advice Saurabh A gave.

Just checked system properties -> startup and recovery and all the tick boxes are already ticked under system failure and write debugging information is set to "kernel memory dump".



Regarding that hotfix that Saurabh A posted I ran it and it said "the update is not applicable to your computer" .
