I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and when I use Pro Tools or Reason 5 the system freezes causing me to do a hard reboot. The mouse and control/alt/delete does not work. Computer was just purchased one week ago. I have attached my Minidump file.

Thanks

This sole crash was related to a memory issue (probably a driver) but we cant tell until you update these drivers and upload more DMPS

Old drivers
Code:
AtiPcie.sys 11/6/2006 12:59:54 PM
amdide64.sys 10/11/2007 9:40:08 PM
irsir.sys 1/19/2008 2:36:11 AM
k57nd60a.sys 9/3/2008 11:12:42 PM
diginet.sys 12/4/2008 3:12:13 AM
RTKVHD64.sys 12/11/2008 5:23:47 AM
mcdbus.sys 2/24/2009 6:34:07 AM

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
