Remove AVG free 2012. You do not need two security programs that accomplish the same tasks and having both may be causing your crashes because they are trying to access the same system resources.

To remove AVG, use the AVG remover found here: AVG Download tools and utilities

Also have an Asus ha1002xp netbook with Win 7 Ultimate installed.
ok, i removed avg, but bsod still happens. i think it's caused by kaspersky, because when i had ran windows in safe mode and then had utorrent opened for like 4 hours or so nothing happend.
any thoughts?

are You kidding? remove uTorrent? I choose only well seeded or high rated tpb torrents, isn't it safe?

You could try uninstalling Kaspersky with the Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products and replacing it with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows to test. I would bet that Kaspersky is not directly to blame but is masking the problem. It may be corrupted network or audio drivers or outdated drivers for these devices. The newer versions of paid antivirus programs rarely cause crashes anymore with the exception of a few, and Kaspersky is not generally in those few.
