BSOD using Windows 7 - crashing 3+ times per business day

I'm getting multiple BSOD's, causing full system crashes 3+ per day. It may be a driver but I am leaning towards bad memory sticks..

Primary BSOD (recurring):
STOP: 0x00000024 / fltmgr.sys

Other I had today:
STOP: 0x000000D1 / IDsvia64.sys

Other I had today:
STOP: 0x0000007E / atikmdag.sys

Also attached the file dump per the instructions on this forum/site.

HELP!!

Uninstall Norton while troubleshooting and use Microsoft Security Essentials as alternative

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your manufacturer. Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.

Run HDTune to
  • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
  • check the health,
  • benchmark.
It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
Let me know what the results are
  • of the error scan,
  • make a screenshot of the health of every hard drive and post the screenshots,
  • post screenshots with the benchmark of the
    • transfer rate,
    • access time,
    • burst rate,
    • cpu usage.
