Solved BSOD (Usually MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, Bad_Pool_Caller, etc)

Well, my PC is having BSOD's (and it happens randomly), usually they're:
Memory_Management (with bugcheck 0x1A);
Bad_Pool_Caller (bugcheck 0xC2);
Kernel_Mode_Exception_Not_Handled_M (bugcheck 0x1000008E);
Or, more rarely,
Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area (bugcheck 0x50);
The bugchecks never really change.
I tried using WhoCrashed. In my most recent BSOD (Happened a few mins ago), it told me this:

Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules. 
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

Also, the programs keep crashing (I don't think I'm doing something that "triggers" the crashes), and sometimes Windows sets the aero theme to basic.
Action center told me something about my RAM probably being faulty, so I ran memtest86+ for about 9 hours and, well, no errors shown.

edit: perform /report gave me some error: "The wait for the report generation tool to finish has timed out."

Weeeell, since nobody bothered to answer...
I investigated the cause myself.
For those with the same problem as me: check your cables.
My SATA cable connected to the DVD drive was the problem of all the bother.
