Solved BSOD, Usually Near Startup, error 0xf4

I have neither; however, I did some research and found out that gigabyte has a s/w on_off charge for "faster charging" for iphones and ipods. I uninstalled it and the applechargersvc is no long present in my services so it seems to have removed it. I will update soon with feedback on the change.

Good job, and good luck.

I thought I was in the clear, two days and no BSOD, but when I restarted my computer today, it installed updates and on the startup, before the login page, it BSODd.

A critical process (wininit) was terminated. This is one of the files that windows cant run without. It references memory but may just be a one off. Lets wait and see if you have another one.
