My debugger is not telling me much, but you seem to have figured out the problem by yourself. Try removing Flash and reinstalling the latest version.

You can also try a system files check. Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.

Adobe - Adobe Flash Player
I'm not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do with this. I was looking for a bit higher level of debugging. I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe flash already. It appears Adobe has work to do in making a flash layer that works. from searching around I'm not the only one with this problem and no one has a solid fix for it yet.
