Hi; I looked at both of your dumps.
Bugcheck 4A, IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE. Usual causes: Device driver.

Bugcheck 50, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS.
One dumps shows avguard.exe, Avira, involved in the crash and the other dump blames nvlddmkm.sys, your video driver. Your video driver is up to date.

To begin your troubleshooting, I recommend that you uninstall Avira. Avira is known to cause BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Download and install Revo Uninstaller (free). Use Revo to completely remove Avira. Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in Avira's place.

Out of date drivers can cause conflicts, memory corruption and BSOD's. I find the following outdated driver loaded in your system. Update this driver through the link provided.
Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 - Realtek.
Uninstall Avira and update the Reltek Ethernet driver. Reboot and see you your systems does. Post back and let us know. If you get anohter BSOD, upload it and we will go from there.

SPIRE CoolFlow II B SP522B7 LGA
Hi helpbluescrn

Both your .dmp files are dated the 4th Jan. Check the Minidump folder in C:\Windows for newer .dmp files.

Hi,

Your graphics drivers were blamed for one of your BSODs. It is worth updating them - NVIDIA DRIVERS 260.99 WHQL

Also turn the Driver Verifier on - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Lastly, try using your PC without the firewire sound device connected, it could be the problem here.

Regards,
Reventon

@ Fimble: how can i get the newest version of my dump files, despite the fact that my pc has crashed several times, only files that i get are those two files, having the same date (beginning of January) - should i erase the previous ones ? - because whenever i open the Minidump folder i get only two of the mentioned files and nothing else.

@ Reventon: I will try to do the necessary things regarding the GPU, however i am interested in the problem regarding the sound card. Colud it be that the firewire port might be functioning erroneously or it is both the sound card and the port. And how can i resolve the problem despite not using the card at all?
