Hi,

I randomly got a BSOD just now and when I run BlueScreenView, it said it was caused by the nvlddmkm.sys driver. I am currently not on the latest version of Nvidia driver, as it caused issues with The Division and I could not find info as to if that was resolved.

I have had BSOD's previously as well, maybe a couple of days ago, I was not doing anything on the PC at all, it was just on, with one monitor while playing games on my PS4 using my other monitor.

Another time it happened was over the weekend, playing Path of Exile and it crashed again. I have never had it crash doing the same thing, just randomly.

Attached is my zip file, hope it has everything needed.

I have pretty much the same scenario i believe i have this log file from dm log collector.

If someone has some spare time to help me fix this, i believe its some software/driver issue but can be hardware (maybe motherboard), fairly new video card and as well as the new ram i just added.

@Dipset, please create a new thread for your issue.

@Xinef,
You are running a Dell Product ID (PID) on a MSI board.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
Code:
OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
Registered Owner: Michael
Registered Organization:
Product ID: [COLOR="Red"]00426-OEM-8992662-00400[/COLOR] <-- Dell PID on MSI board
Original Install Date: 12/28/2015, 4:52:21 AM
System Boot Time: 4/20/2016, 6:12:46 PM
System Manufacturer: MSI

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
