BSOD when accessing server c:\drive.......Appreciate help!!

BSOD when accessing server c:\drive.......Appreciate help!!

When tried to analyse the dump, it says "kernel symbols must be loaded first" though i have loaded the symbols....

OS - Windows 2008 Server

Kindly Help!!!
