BSOD when being idle too long or playing certain games

I have a fairly new bought Custom Build (about 3-4 months old) and it has always caused a BSOD if I leave the computer doing nothing for too long, I know this is not a temperature issue as I can leave it playing music or watching something and it's fine and temperatures never exceed 30-40 degree celcius. Over the past month however I have been having trouble playing all 3 witcher games and sometimes games such as Dark Souls 2 and Verdun where the computer will at random times cause a Blue screen and may not even leave a minidump with information of what has gone wrong, however the most common error has been a VIDEO TDR ERROR caused by the Nvidia driver named nvlddmkm.sys, I have always kept drivers up to date and have tried many different ideas in order to fix this error including making a nvlddmkm.sys.old file and using CMD to recreate it. I have done full scans and have found no viruses within the desktop and have no other faults other than trying to play games...on a gaming desktop! I have run the dm log collector and left the file attatched so that it can be looked at and will also leave a link to the spec and website where the desktop was bought from. I know the BIOS has not been setup up fully for this build and has been left for default however I know near to nothing on how to configure this and was not sure on the consequences of this. Thank you for anyone who has the time for this.

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.
