Hi,
I'm getting bsod or just blank screen when booting with nvidia drivers installed. After they are uninstalled via safemode, windows boots up.
Tried running ASUS PC Diagnostics and ended up with bsod too.
I've attached content of my minidump folder.
Any help appreciated.
Please feel free to ask for any more details.
Thanks.

Hello and welcome shyfx mate could you upload the files in a format that I especially can open see http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html without being able to see them it is pointless trying to hazard a guess at what the problem is.

But just out of interest what drivers are you installing (version)
Is it one of these ? http://www.geforce.com/drivers now what I would suggest is to install the latest and if the problem persists uninstall that and work backwards until you get one that will run the GPU without any problems.
You might even run these for any problems too
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Plus can you let us know what the temps on the machine are too use Speccy for that https://www.piriform.com/speccy/download

PS I was going to ask after your reply but may as well ask now see my little ditty and let us know the volts on the PSU
Using HW Info
PART A:
You can test the volts on the PSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the right bit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic. In my pic the section (Nuvoton) with VBATT is a dead give away you are in the section for the rail voltages. There are other section titles and one that pops up often is ITE
Now the voltage on the different rails have to be within 5% =+/- of what is required or the machine will not work properly if at all.
See this for the rail voltage info
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-specifications-atx-reference,3061.html (Section 2.)
The original right hand window shows the machine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use the main left hand side panel
FOR OTHER COMPONENTS
PART B:
Open each small square with + in it on the section the components are in and then click on the individual component/s (it will highlight in blue) - in the right hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds and other essential info that particular device. See pic for example.

Hi,
I did something wrong with dump files configuration, after series of crashes found my MEMORY.DMP 16.7GB in size, cant upload that :) I can attach minidump files if it helps.

Tried ten different driver versions available for my card from Drivers | GeForce without any luck.

Yesterday installed fresh win 8.1, didn't solve gpu problems.

Temps: CPU-35C; MB-28C; Storage-35C.

Can you have a look at my HViNFO window with voltages if you see anything suspicious?

How it all started, maybe it will help. Few days after playing new game (Lineage2) on ultra settings, pc started freezing randomly. Freeze when only power off resets PC. After few days bsod and windows doesn't load anymore with nvidia drivers. When took out graphics card, found PCIE slot melted and slightly bent. Replacing MB with a good slot didn't solve problems.
Could it be dying or already dead graphics card? Is there any way to test its condition?

Thank you.

PSU looks clean mate though having said that sometimes the volts can be ok the current not , but that would be a quite a rare occurrence.
