Hi, I got some weird problem with my PC, don't know if it's PSU related or MBO. I eliminate GPU,Mem. and hard drives they are good for sure. Problem is when I install any drivers for my gtx 470 and when windows pass that loading screen and it needs to show welcome PC restarts. But when I enter safe mode and remove that drivers PC boot in normal mode without any trouble, but he install generic drivers for gpu thats why there are no restarts.

Here is what I tried
1. I tried other memory other 4 slots all kind of combinations with them.
2. I tried different GPU gtx 560 Ti.
3. I tried disconnect everything except 1 hdd and gpu
4. Tried another sata cable another sata port
5. Clear cmos
6. Increase a little mem. voltage to 1.6V
7. Tried another PCIE slot

And nothing above helped, every time when he needs to enter windows to show welcome restart. I install now Win 8.1 fresh, but problem occured on win 7 during surfing, pc just froze for second and restart and that's it, and it keeps restarting before entering welcome screen. I personally think something is wrong with MBO, but I'm not sure I doubt that PSU fail becouse it's good quality PSU, I will borrow PSU from my friend tomorrow and check it out.

Configuration is

CPU: i3 2120
MBO: Asus P8H67
MEM: 2x4 XMS Corsair 1333Mhz
GPU: GTX 470 POV
HDD: 1TB WD Black, 1TB WD Black, 500Gb WD Black
PSU: Seasonic M12II-520Bronze

Anyone have any idea maybe what that can be ?

It can be the problem of the card itself, so try using another card. If everything works perfect, its ok, else go for clean re-install of windows.

your GPU requirement does not meet your PSU, the minimum requirement for GTX 470 is 550W PSU.

Not correct. I have this configuration for 2 and half years working with no problem. I used to have 4870x2 GPU on this PSU who needs 800W working with no problem. So it's not PSU, next suggestion.

Why are you installing GTX470 drivers? Is it a new card, are you updating drivers or...?

520W Bronze is about 420W at best, btw.

Becouse I need drivers ffs I can't do anything much without drivers, what kind of dumb question is that ?? I'm not updating drivers I install fresh OS, and need to install drivers. I tried latest version and previous and same thing is happening.

520W seasonic is enough for gtx 470 believe me with 15 years of experience in PCs. Don't mention PSU anymore it's not problem with him, if you have other suggestions please write, but don't mention PSU anymore, tnx.

I tried another PSU, same thing, told you it's not PSU. Only thing I didn't try is another MBO. I'm afraid if I buy new one that same thing will happend with her.
