Having BSOD, which seems to happen when browsing using Chrome. Also, when Windows restarts, seems to take forever (15min) to get past something before finally coming back.

Windows Ultimate x64
OEM install
Machine 1 year old, Dell Studio XPS9100
6GB Ram

Any help appreciated. Thought it was maybe the graphics driver so i updated that, but issue seems back with a vengeance.

thanks rich. i uninstalled the sw and will see how that goes. any thoughts on the slow startup time? i'm seeing a black screen for 15min or so (with a mouse cursor) after logging on, while waiting for the desktop.

A bad driver may, also cause slow boot time. If you continue to have slow boot post and we will go from there.

looks like that was the culprit for the BSOD. interestingly i think it only happened with i had an iphone plugged in.

boot up is still an issue though. any clues? can't seem to get windbg running.
