I'm getting the same BSOD like last time with just surfing the web, checking out imgur or watching a video ect. I don't know if i install something that's making it happen or not. Hope you can help.

Hi Blanka09, welcome to 7 Forums.

You're having a problem with your graphics driver.

Check you have the most up-to-date version installed here. Use the AMD Uninstall Utility to remove previous versions before installing new drivers.

Also uninstall Daemon Tools, a known cause of BSODs.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
3. Double click the executable to open it
4. Click the button shown below

If the button it is grayed out, as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can just close the window.

For testing purposes, uninstall Akamai NetSession Interface.

Can you uninstall your card via Device Manager, reboot and let Windows install the driver it finds. We'll go from there.

EDIT: It looks like you have 14.1 installed. Before carrying out the steps above, open Device Manager, expand Display Adapter, right click and choose Properties then click Driver. See which version is installed.

Download AMD Driver 14.4 and save to desktop.

Download

Set Windows Updates to the setting below. This will stop Windows installing drivers automatically on reboot.

View attachment 321085

Then using the AMD Uninstall utility remove all traces of CCC and video related software and be sure to uninstall the graphics driver last of all.

Reboot and run the AMD 14.4 driver package. Be sure to install the graphics driver only for now.

Okay so i unstalled everything and only install the AMD display driver and the HDMI Audio Driver and left out the Steady video plug-in, Accelerated drop video transcoding, drag and drop transcoding, Catalyst control Center and Gaming evolved app (that I don't install anyways). And this time it gave me the green check mark.

Excellent. Monitor your performance and report back with your results. If things remain stable you can add the components you want back one by one (testing after each one before installing the next one) to see which, if any, affect your system. Do you use the audio through your HDMI at all?

It's not a major problem at the moment, it just removes any chance of it conflicting with the Realtek audio driver if it's not there. Don't worry about it for now, there's no guarantee that it will be problematic so let's just see how your rig behaves with a clean install of 14.4.
